On this podcast Clare takes us on a juicy journey from the shadows of Liverpool Cathedral to the hot springs of California, pausing to witness childhood legacies, honour the spiritual landscapes that nourish us and celebrate the deep friendships that give hope along the way. Listening to this podcast feels as intimate and risky as curling up in a corner with someone else’s private journal. Whether placing candles in the window for a lost first love or stringing fairy lights across the Mersey for a sexy new possibility, Clare invites us to reclaim all the tiny, sacred and soulful stories that fill our lives. Clare is an artist, therapist, writer and risk-taker. She was born in Liverpool, England and still lives there in a little coach magic house in Toxteth. A mistress of storytelling and creativity, she weaves raw everyday experiences and heartaches into poems, art and stories to heal the soul. “I loved reading this! Written in such a fun, rollicking style too - like going on a journey in an open top car with someone who throws open the door and shouts, “Hey - get in!” Sarah Lowes

Welcome to my new podcast… a spontaneous sharing of stories and memories which have begun to come back to me during lockdown life and pandemic life when just thinking of these times has brought me laughter and warmth. These first stories are based around my trips to San Francisco and Big Sur beginning over 18 years ago. I hope to remember and share other musing from different adventures and travels. During these travels I published my first book of poetry ‘Love, Hope & High Heels’ which contains many poems about these times.
