Bellies are much maligned … the patriarchy has us hating on them and trying to always hold them in ! Whether you love or hate your belly this is a day to come and share tales of our scars and our stories and breathe into our belly and journey to love them up …. Everything will be optional but there will be some yummy invitations to massage your belly, take part in a belly photo shoot or not, belly laugh together, create a belly bowl , make art, create poetry , nourish your belly with beautiful food …. This is tender deep and revolutionary work … come be brave and reclaim your belly in all its glorious wobbliness in a safe magical space. If you would like to come but would struggle to pay please let me know as we can sometimes cover your costs.
